ELIZA CATHERINE NOBLES

I am a researcher and designer dedicated to reshaping the intersections between nature, finance, and the built environment. I am currently a Doctoral Candidate at University of Gothenburg within the Financial Ethics Research Group. My research centers the ethics of biodiversity conservation, the valuation of nature, and environmental justice.

 

​My interdisciplinary background focuses on cultivating environmental justice and health in the context of land use. I hold two master's degrees in City Planning + Urban Design (MCP + UD) and Environmental Studies (MES) from University of Pennsylvania (2023). I hold a self-directed bachelor's degree in Urban Ecology (BS) with a minor in Science, Technology, and Society from Drexel University (2019).
